Teams like Kansas State and Missouri picked up quality wins in week 3. The Wildcats crushed Arizona on Friday night have moved up into the First Four Out. Missouri remains an at-large candidate after slipping past Boston College 27-21.

First Four Out: Missouri, Oklahoma, Kansas State, Tennessee
 
Week 1 did not see too much chaos outside of the ACC. The only teams to drop out of our projected playoff bracket were Florida State and Clemson. With FSU losing twice and Clemson getting crushed by Georgia, Miami has moved into the ACC’s automatic spot.

The bowl eligibility of teams went late into the night with both California and Colorado State needing wins to clinch a bowl berth. The Golden Bears crushed UCLA to reach a bowl in style. Meanwhile, Colorado State lost at Hawaii in a thrilling upset. That means there are 79 bowl eligible teams for 82 spots. Washington picked up another huge win this week, running all over USC. The Huskies next face Utah and Oregon State, a couple more top 25 teams. However, for now, UW will have to wait to get into our projected playoffs. If they remain perfect, Washington will find themselves in the top four sooner or later.
