The Sun Belt deserves a ton of credit for quietly building an impressive conference. While all the attention goes to the power conferences when it comes to realignment, the Sun Belt has position itself nicely to be among the best of the non-power conferences. They could have an amazing 11 of their 13 teams that can go to a bowl game, be bowl eligible. And that is all happening while James Madison is a perfect 10-0 and is not eligible for postseason play while they transition from the FCS level.
