It was definitely an exciting championship weekend. It seemed like every couple of hours the playoff picture got turned on its head. In the end, the committee had to make some extremely difficult decisions. Michigan and Washington are obviously in. After that, Georgia, Alabama, Texas, Florida State and, to a lesser extent, Ohio State, all have solid arguments. As hard as it may be to leave the SEC out of the playoffs, it is harder to leave out an undefeated power conference team. Florida State should be in despite their lackluster title win over Louisville. Texas beats out Alabama thanks to their head-to-head victory.
