Last Four In: Richmond, Louisville, Colorado, Arizona
First Four Out: Clemson, USF, Seton Hall, Iowa State
The first bracketology of the season is here! With the collapse of the Pac-12, the Big Ten sees an increase in tournament teams due to four of them being former Pac-12 teams (UCLA, USC, Oregon, and Washington) with a total of 13! The SEC has the second most teams in the bracket this week. UCLA is the overall number one seed this time, instead of the usual suspects like South Carolina or UConn. UCLA will maintain the edge on South Carolina if both teams do not lose again because of the head-to-head result between the teams. Georgia Tech is the biggest surprise of the season so far. Nell Fortner really has her team going and I expect them to maintain a top four seed going into the Tournament. Notre Dame is a dangerous team that could soon become a one-seed. Tennessee is a dangerous three-seed that can work their way up and beating LSU at home on Thursday night would be the perfect start.
