Last Four In: Florida, UC Santa Barbara, UNC Wilmington, James Madison
First Four Out: San Diego, Maryland, Louisiana Tech, Georgia Tech
The Sun Belt continues to have four teams in the field while the Coastal Athletic Conference has three. The Pac-12 expands to five teams in the field. Ole Miss and LSU from the SEC are still on the outside looking in. LSU, with a series sweep this weekend can find themselves back in the conversation and on the bubble. On the other hand, Ole Miss has a lot of work to do and a lot has to happen for them to even be considered, despite having a decent RPI – the conference record is one of many factors that dictates a lot of things.
