Last Four In: Georgia, Seton Hall, Kansas, St. John’s
First Four Out: Texas Tech, Nebraska, Mississippi State, West Virginia
The most anticipated matchup so far this season is on the horizon – the battle of No. 2 (CSM) LSU and No. 1 South Carolina in Columbia on Super Bowl Sunday! LSU will have a chance to prove themselves against the many doubters who have judged them based on their “weak” schedule. Stanford’s loss at Washington doesn’t change much for them, however, Washington is one step closer for being considered part of the ‘First Four Out.’ Ohio State is hanging on as a top sixteen seed that will host despite the recent losses. Iowa State or UCLA would probably be next to take their place.
