Week 12 FCS Football Game Breakdowns
Towson and William & Mary appear to be heading in opposite directions right now. The Tigers fell to Delaware in their last contest back on November 2nd in a thrilling 32-31 contest. Meanwhile, the Tribe have won their last three, including a 24-10 victory over Delaware. In the MVFC, North Dakota State’s massive winning streak is on the line as they travel to 8-2 Youngstown State. With a win, the Penguins can still earn the conference title despite their loss at Northern Iowa last week. The OVC is full of interesting matchups. Jacksonville State is 8-2 and faces 9-1 Eastern Illinois. Tennessee State is still looking for a playoff spot and they finish up the regular season against a potent Murray State offense. Meanwhile, Tennessee-Martin and Eastern Kentucky are both 6-4 and the winner of that contest will keep their playoff hopes alive. Perhaps the most interesting game is in the Southland. It has been easy to overlook 8-2 Southeastern Louisiana, but they can all but win the Southland title with a home victory over Sam Houston State.
