Baseball College World Series Overview
North Carolina and Vanderbilt have dominated college baseball for much of the season. Despite recently slipping, the Tar Heels still boast one of the most talented rosters in the nation. Is it their time to get hot? And of course there is Tyler Beede and the Commodores, who rank in the top dozen in the nation in ERA and scoring offense. But do not pencil in those two for a trip to Omaha quite yet. This is a deep and talented field with plenty of potential for a Cinderella or two to get back to the CWS. College Sports Madness has team capsules for all 64 teams vying for the right to emerge from Omaha with a piece of history. Each capsule is a breakdown of that team with big wins, bad losses and more statistics than you could ever want. That’s a great way to scout the competition. And don’t forget to take a look at our baseball NCAA Tournament Bracket to see how your favorite team’s road unfolds. If reading about each team is not enough, College Sports Madness will also breakdown each of the 16 regions and provide more in-depth analysis as the tournament progresses.
