The bubble is beginning to take shape. And that means each gets more and more important for the handful of squads looking to move away from the bubble and safely into the tournament. Perhaps it is the Big East that will provide the most drama throughout February and March. Syracuse, DePaul, Villanova and South Florida are projected into the NCAA Tournament for now, but they all have work to do. Georgetown, Rutgers and St. John’s can all make a strong case for being in as well and they all have plenty of time to erase any doubt. But not much will be decided this week. The only game involving two of those seven teams this week is on Saturday afternoon when Georgetown heads to St. John’s in near must win for the Red Storm.
