Overview:
David Dahl is an excellent prospect who has the capability of being a five tool player. He is a good athlete and has good size and speed. He has the makings to turn into a powerful hitter and has shown excellent gap to gap power. His speed and instincts, coupled with a strong arm, make him an outstanding defensive player as well.
Final Projection:
As a left handed hitter with a fluid swing and a chance to excel in all five aspects of the game, Dahl is a phenomenal prospect. He has committed to Alabama, but should be drafted in the top 20, so will likely chose to turn professional.
