Bowl games are starting to fall. This week the Pinstripe Bowl announced that the game would not be played in 2020. That knocks out one ACC team and one Big Ten team…on paper at least. With many conferences not playing non-conference schedules, the power conferences are having a tougher time than usual reaching a .500 record. The bowls will have a little more leeway this season, so it remains to be seen if they will stick with their bowl affiliation and take a team with a bad record or grab a seemingly more deserving program from a smaller conference.
