Alabama moved to 7-0, but lost quarterback Tua Tagovailoa for at least a couple weeks with a high ankle sprain. The good news for the Crimson Tide is that after hosting Arkansas, they have a bye week before hosting LSU on November 9th. That could be the game of the year and decide the winner of the SEC West. Alabama struggled against Tennessee without Tagovailoa, but still managed to win 35-13. Meanwhile, LSU, Clemson, Ohio State and Oklahoma cruised to easy victories. The big upset was in the Big Ten where Illinois shocked Wisconsin. That puts the Badgers on a down swing heading into their big game at Ohio State this week. In order to get back into the playoff conversation, the Badgers will have to beat Ohio State, possibly twice, but that looks unlikely after that game against the Illini.
