Florida picked up from where they left off last season by beating Muchigan 8-0 on Saturday in a rematch of the WCWS Finals. Washington, Texas A&M and Kentucky all secured key signature wins over top 15 teams as parity reigned supreme in week one. Finally, UCF, Fresno State, and Pacific all scored big wins over Alabama, Tennessee, and LSU, respectively. The initial impression of week one is that parity reigned supreme and college softball fans are in for an exciting journey in 2016.
