Last Four In: Nebraska, Kennesaw State, Tulsa, Oregon State
First Four Out: Creighton, Virginia Tech, Louisiana Tech, Ole Miss
The Florida Gators secured the SEC regular season championship and most likely the number one national seed in the NCAA Tournament after winning series at Missouri. It is going to take a very dominant performance by Auburn or Alabama in the SEC Tournament in order to knock the Gators out of the number one seed. Oregon should be a lock at number two after absolutely destroying Cal. The offense put up 31 runs in the sweep of the Golden Bears. Auburn's series win at LSU was significant in multiple ways as they won two low scoring games which they may need to do in a Super Regional to get to Oklahoma City. It was also significant because it should be enough to keep the Tigers among the top five national seeds. James Madison continued its hot streak as they have now won 35 straight games, including a sweep of Virginia Tech. Whoever gets the Dukes in their regional and Super Regional bracket will be pushed to the limit by James Madison. Led by Megan Good, they have the pieces to make a run to the Women's College World Series.
