It was a relatively light week in basketball with finals going around much of the country and the holidays almost upon us. But there were some very good games. Kentucky keeps cruising along and they looked very good against North Carolina. Arizona manhandled poor Michigan. We still have the Wolverines in the field of 68 for now despite three losses in a row and two bad losses to NJIT and Eastern Michigan, but they still have done enough in non-conference play to set themselves up for a tournament berth. Of course things need to change quickly in Ann Arbor with Big Ten play just around the corner.
