4/19 Softball Bracketology Breakdown

Last Four In: Maryland, Arizona State, Ohio State, UCF

First Four Out: Texas State, Missouri, Indiana, Liberty

Not too many changes between the power conferences except with the addition of Virginia to the field from the ACC, which brings their total to 7 teams in this week’s projection. The SEC continues to lead the way with 11 teams in the projected field-of-64 this week with the Pac-12 behind them at 8 teams. Louisiana, with an RPI of 9 this week, still has a chance to host if they can run the table in the Sun Belt and their conference tournament. Wichita State is another team to look out for who could potentially host if things go their way.
